Go Green with Artwork on Saturday

Art Totality and the ISU Recycle Center are hosting the summer kickoff event, “Going Green with Artwork,” from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday at the ISU Recycle Center.

Art Totality and the ISU Recycle Center have teamed up to bring an array of family and friends fun, centered around earth friendly art activities. Participants can learn to make art using reduce, reuse and recycle techniques.

The two main activities are centered around a garden theme, with participants learning how to build garden accents such as garden stones and homemade forget-me-not bookmarks.

For the younger groups (2 years and older), a scrap sculpture table is sure to get the imagination soaring to new heights.

Scrap take away activities also will be available.
