Harry Potter ends this Friday for tens of millions of fans around the world. Warner Bros. has put together a retrospective on all 8 films that plays like a single, long, epic trailer for the entire franchise. It’s thrilling, exciting, and even though I’ve already seen the film (it’s awesome and everything you hope it will be!), I can’t wait to watch it again!

The emotional verdict in the Casey Anthony murder trial has been felt and displayed by people in the media all over.
Of note was “The Talk” host Julie Chen who was seen very shaken after hearing the verdict. Chen was on the air and had to compose herself while trying to read the verdict. Her emotional disturbance was restrained but clearly visible. She even asked her co-hosts for assistance.

LOS ANGELES (AP) Sherwood Schwartz, writer-creator of two of the best-remembered TV series of the 1960s and 1970s, “Gilligan’s Island” and “The Brady Bunch,” has died at age 94.
Great niece Robin Randall said Schwartz died at 4 a.m. Tuesday at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where he was being treated for an intestinal infection and underwent several surgeries. His wife, Mildred, and children had been at his side.
Sherwood Schwartz and his brother, Al, started as a writing team in TV’s famed 1950s “golden age,” said Douglas Schwartz, the late Al Schwartz’s son.
“They helped shape television in its early days,” Douglas Schwartz said.

TERRE HAUTE — The 67th annual Wabash Valley Juried Exhibition opens Saturday and runs through Aug. 27 at the Swope Art Museum in downtown Terre Haute. The public reception will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday. The awards will be presented at 4 p.m., followed by a party.
Guests can enjoy hors d’oeuvres, a cash bar and the opportunity to mingle with the artists. The opening reception is free as is admission to the galleries.
