But what about the new class of holiday favorites? Here’s my list of 10 Christmas songs from 2000 and beyond that are keeping the holiday tradition alive and deserve a spot on your Xmas playlist.
Sleigh bells and holiday cheer abound on this bouncy teen-pop ditty, which follows in the tradition of Mariah Carey’s “All I Want for Christmas Is You.”
Many would probably think Kanye West would be a Christmas Grinch, but this warm 2010 Christmas offering finds him easing into the holiday spirit along with CyHi da Prynce, and on a remix with many more of his G.O.O.D.

NEW YORK — New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg wants the world to know that while he might have shared a New Year’s kiss with Lady Gaga it was nothing compared with the one he got later from his longtime girlfriend.
The 69-year-old politician and the pop star locked lips shortly after leading a Times Square crowd in a final-minute countdown to midnight.

The English city of Salisbury is located in the south of England in the county of Wiltshire. Although small in size with a population of about 45,000 it has a city status because of its cathedral. Tower of the Cathedral is the highest in the UK and can be seen for miles.
The city has a number of pubs, restaurants and hotels, one of which is Boisdale Lamb at Hindon. This is a good choice to stay for holidays, if you want to visit many tourist spots in Wiltshire. “Sleigh Ride,” the “light classical” holiday piece written by former Connecticut resident Leroy Anderson, is the most played holiday song for the second consecutive year, according to the performing-rights organization ASCAP.
Versions of the song have been played on the radio more than 64,300 times between Oct. 1-Nov. 28, ASCAP says, putting “Sleigh Ride” about 10,000 plays ahead of the No. 2 song, “Winter Wonderland.”

Shailene Woodley was at VH1s Big Morning Buzz Live to promote her new movie The Descendants. She wore a pair of Goldsign Elan Flare Jeans in Tale with a striped shirt and some brogues. I would ditch the brogues as the look is nice and casual.
Goldsign is slowly creeping up to being the new it brand. They have been caught more and more each week. I think their GOLDSkin collection is great and I hope to see someone in them soon. .
