Celebrity chef Rocco DiSpirito oozes confidence that makes you want to get to know him better. Fans and viewers can share an hour with him and a gaggle of celebrities when “Rocco’s Dinner Party” debuts at 11 tonight on Bravo. Part competition/part talk show, “Rocco’s Dinner Party” pits aspiring chefs against one another to create amazing dinner parties and menus for DiSpirito and his famous guests for a $20,000 prize. In the premiere, guests include revered television actors Michael K. Williams (“The Wire”) and Brian Batt (“Mad Men”), TV producer and personality Kelly Choi and cookbook author and “Top Chef Masters” winner Marcus Samuelsson.
